All donations made to GiveHands Foundation are final and non-refundable. As a charitable organization, we rely on donations to carry out our programs, and once funds are received, they are immediately allocated to various ongoing initiatives and causes.
If you believe you have made a donation in error or submitted a duplicate transaction:
Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date.
We will review the issue and, if applicable, initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.
Proof of the duplicate charge (such as transaction IDs or screenshots) may be required.
For events, workshops, or programs that require registration or ticket purchases:
Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event for a refund to be considered.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion, minus any administrative or payment processing charges.
No refunds will be granted for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
In the unlikely event that GiveHands Foundation cancels an event or activity for which you have paid:
You will be offered a full refund or the option to donate the amount to our cause.
